Development phase
Development phase includes the following steps carried out by Project team:
- Technical Design development
- Front end (xHTML, Flash) development
- Back end development
- Quality control (Test environment)
Front end development is carried out according to the latest trends in web development including but not limited to:
- Separation of presentation, appearance and behavior
- Microformats, Micro and Macro Semantics (Web 3.0)
- Architectural SEO (semantic markup, proper tags for content))
- Attention to Web Standards, WAI, Section 508, Accessibility and Usability
Technical design is created by Project Technical mamanger. This document is mostly used by project development team during development and the main goal of this document is to clarify technical project requirements & solutions. The document is used in complex projects with sofisticated interaction and integration with third party systems like CRM and ERP.
Development phase is finished with delivery to
acceptance environment. Any number of deliveries can be initiated during development. In case if project is small (up to 2 weeks) only one delivery is made to acceptance environment.
