Despite a severe global economic slowdown, Sitecore continues to achieve record-breaking revenue and expand globally. Customer satisfaction remains high, with more than 96 percent of global customers renewing their maintenance agreements. Consistent with its business model, approximately 94 percent of Sitecore’s revenue comes from new license sales and maintenance. Sitecore’s strong partner base has expanded to more than 400 certified partners worldwide, and more than 2000 certified developers.
